The fabric is rubbish - but this skirt is JUST WHAT I NEEDED TO DRAFT MY TROPICAL RAYON PRINT DRESS!!!!!  Where was this a month ago???

Sorry for all the shouting, but I'm just so excited.  I hope you guys are too!!!!!!

Going to buy all three of these patterns RIGHT NOW!

      Good on you! And keep your eye on Gertie's blog. Last time she released patterns she did a sew along for one of them. Perhaps she will sew along the dress :)

    I can't believe they've FINALLY released a dress with SWAG. About friggin' time, I mean, it's only one of THE most covetable vintage styles!
    That fabric looks like a cheap and nasty, poly, wannabe version of a smashing 40's rayon.

    They could have chosen something with a more interesting bodice but that's easy enough to change!

    I like the Gertie patterns! They look really good. I'm still not willing to delve back to modern patterns just yet though.

      Actually, I might use it to make the Gertie cherry dress.....
